Toning out arms and legs?

Well, im actually at a normal weight right now but thanks to genetics i was given long arms and legs for my height. Since they are long, they are skinny which i wanna tone out. Would anyone recommened some workouts to tone these areas and what foods i should eat? I would prefer exercises i could do at home like (squats, sit-ups, crunches, push-ups ect...) i would appreciate any help :)

    Push ups

    bicep curl

    bicep hammer curl

    triceps kick backs

    for the legs

    squats

    lunges

    walking lunges

    eat healthy fruits salads veggies egg whites seeds nuts water dried fruits whole wheat past bread

    grilled chicken

    1 hour cardio daily
