21st birthday ideas???????????????????

Question

My birthday is in a couple weeks now and I have no plans or idea of what to do for the big 21. So far, my mom has offered to take me out for drinks, and my sister wants to hang out with me too. 
I never go out or do anything night-life related, so this will be my first experience of the like. 
I have established that I DO NOT WANT TO GO TO A CLUB. It's not my scene, not my kind of music or anything. I am also not going to get drunk (not a drinker, but I'll be forced to have at least 2 drinks on that day). So, my lameness leaves me with zero creativity here. What should I do? What should I wear?
If it helps I'm in the San Francisco, CA area.

Do ywhat you want to do. Noone can tell you what to do for your 21st. It would mostly be party, drink, of that sort. If you don't want to. Hell go to the movies with friends. Have a sleep over. Do something that would be fun to you, not what others want you to do. If they require you to have 2 drinks. Who says at a bar? Why not home?
