I'm a Greek Orthodox Christian and any orthodox priest belongs to my religion so yes I have seen many of them. Now, If your question focus mostly on the "american" word instead of "orthodox" or "orthodox priest", no I don't think I ever met anyone.

I'm not sure about American ones, but, I've certainly met Canadian ones.
The seminary I went to had an Eastern Studies department. While most were Ukrainian Catholic, there were also Orthodox people there, including monks.
One of my classmates was an Anglican monk. You don't see many of them either, but, they do exist.

Yes, several, if you mean Orthodox monks whose citizenship is American.
They can be found in many Orthodox monasteries in this country.
Blessings.
