Non Disclosure Agreement for emails?

Is there a legal format I can use if I want to ensure my Intellectual Property Rights when sending a document via e-mail. I want to send an outline proposal but I don't want anyone stealing my ideas.

    Mere words cannot properly protect your Intellectual Property rights. You need to utilize technology to protect your data.
