Bad pain in my right abdomen for 5 days now.?

I was given colace and still no help. I have had some bowel movement. My right side feels like it is "beating" at times with horrible pain and I get the chills and a headache. I feels hard as a rock, and it is sensitive to the touch. Do I go to ER. I have been putting it off. Just found out also I have scoliosis, 2 degenerative discs and arthritis in my lower back. Could this all be connected. Fell very cranky and irritable. Thank you. I am 51 year old female.

    Go ER. I'm not convinced its connected to your spinal trouble. Go ER, to get checked it isn't Appendicitis or something. Best wishes.

    you might want to go to the ER. It could be appendicitis.
