What happens if a union manages to get my employees to vote for a union?

You can close your business one night and start the new day with a new name on the business. It is your own and is your decision. Well, the effects could be huge on your pay check if you don't live in a right to work state in which you are allowed to opt out of union dues if your not part of it but if you live in a state that is pro unions (god help you) then you are forced to pay dues that are, ironically, known to increase and duplicate.
