question about email, i need an answer please 10 points for the person that really knows?

ok lets start.

so say i open an email and it is 123@email.com < -- (pretend it is complicated)

and i create accounts for a store or something like that, and i either leave the account idle to long or i delete it. then someone comes along and thinks of the email 123@email.com <--- (Again...pretend it is complicated) and they go to the stores site and want to create an account and it says, we have this email in or date-base already. so the logic next step would be, forgot password and get an email send to the account.

NOW.... the questions: is that possible? will the store recognize it as a new email address since technically it is? would they get the email ? and be able to log on and see that it is someone elses account with all the info?

i know when you delete an email you delete all accounts asocieted with that account, but sometimes we might forget some.

Update:

okay: so if i have the email decide to delete it and i forgot to delete the account for say... a store.

then like i said someone created the same email, would they be able to open an account at said store, since technically it is a new email, even if it has the same name as before.

am sorry am not really sure how to explain it. but i think i got it enough that it can be understood.

Update 2:

i think i confussed everyone, i dont mean, that if i delete my email and someone gets it later, they will see my info from the email.

i mean...will they see the info from an online store account.

like if i go to ________.com and create an account to buy stuff, i have already deleted my email, but since i hadn't logged on to this for a long time, i didn't remeber to delete/have the account deleted.

now, if the person that picked up my old email goes to this site, would they be able to create an account or would it be treated as the same email?

    I wouldn't say it was 100% impossible, but I would say it's very unlikely. If you abandoned an e-mail account, that account would have to time out somehow before someone else could get that log-on. And they would have a different password. There's no way they could create a new account and then mistakenly be connected with the old account. When they created the account, new folders are created on the host's disk drive.

    Ok, here you go,

    The answer is no, They will get the mail but they will not know that it is someone elses account.

    Do you think they are gonna fetch all the details and records of the account, its impossible.........

    People cannot create new accounts in the same name till certain time.
