Would Charlie Sheen still get residuals from 2 & 1/2 Men?
If the various lawsuits flying around had no effect on existing contracts?

He should. I contracts are iron clad, the Actors Guild would object to him not being paid.

I believe residuals are not a done deal under the union rules. If Charlie Sheen has a contract that says he gets residuals then he gets them. But if that contract also states if he is fired for cause and it lists the acts that can trigger termination, then he may not get residuals.
It all boils down to the contract.

Depends upon the contracts. The producers own the copyrights. Charlie was already "paid" for his "work", and there may well be a morals clause or the like, saying they do not have to continue paying him if he becomes the poster-boy for all that is evil (thus replacing other Hollywood celebrities now holding that title).
We don't know what's in the contracts. We don't know if they're enforceable. We don't know if anyone is going to try to enforce them. We don't know what sort of settlement could eventually transpire.
Good question, though.

Thats about all he will get after this
Unlike the real world. Sitting on a couch with a stupid shirt and a bottle of beer for a half an hour
and being paid over a million dollars is over
He hasn't realized that yet

He had to break his contract and will be penalized as such, this has no effect on his residuals whatsoever, he will continue to get paid as long as it's on the air.

Yes. CBS can not erase what Charlie Sheen did before he went off the deep end.

I believe he would still have to get something if the show is syndicated.
