Your Q&A is not set to private, so everyone on the site can see everything you say. If you privatise everything, your contacts and fans will be able to see them only (depending on how you privatise it).
To make everything private, hover your mouse over My Activity, click Edit My Preferences, click on the Privacy & Communications tab, and go from there.

Since your answers profile is not set to private, EVERYBODY including your contacts and your fans can see your questions as well as your answers. I can see your questions and I am not a contact.
