I know in season one there were two volumes, and one came out before the other, so I was wondering if that was the case this time (because there was a break around the holidays) and the first half might be on sale soon?

It's already out. Or you can just wait until the end of season two and buy the whole season (which is cheaper).

the 1st 10 episodes are already accessible on DVD however the entire season would be accessible on September thirteenth netflix will maximum probable wait till the entire season is released to launch any season 2 episodes
