I am truly concerned about my eating habits, and I would like to become a vegan (or maybe vegetarian....not sure yet), however I am not sure what the concerns are.

I have heard that it makes you have more energy, and of course it's healthier for you.

About the protein thing...I have heard that you need a lot of meat and that Americans eat too much meat. Which is it?

One last question: If I were to become vegan, do I have to cook with the really expensive ingredients in the organic section? Money is kind of tight, so I'd prefer to stick to the less expensive items.

So for the past few days there has been a red spot on the inside of my nostril. One day it really hurt, because I tried to pop it, but it was under the skin so it didn't work. The next few days it just got redder and a little bigger. Today I looked at it in the mirror and I see not one but several whiteheads, but they also kinda looked like teeny eggs, and I know they are most likely just several whiteheads, but i was wondering if anybody could reassure me...

Anyways, right now I have a towel with salt water on it to draw out any liquid.

Time completely slipped away and I didn't do anything to prepare for a test tomorrow. PLUS we din't learn anything in class; we were supposed to read from a textbook on our own. Unfortunately, I can't focus at all. I'll read a paragraph over and over and I am not understanding what I'm reading. Also, since it belongs to the school, I can't highlight. Any tips????

I accidentally downloaded something called 7zip, and my friend told me it gives viruses. I tried to uninstall, but it says I have to wait until it's done changing or uninstalling first. But it isn't uninstalling yet! Please help, and fast!

There is a book I read a few years ago about a group of students that were specially skilled in something like art, writing, music, etc. They go to this special school in the middle of nowhere, and it's really creepy and all. Their rooms lock from the outside, and gradually their paintings, poems, or whatever gets more and more violent.

A while ago I had this candy I had never had before. The name was weird, and not an english word. It was hard caramel covered in chocolate. It wasn't werthers. What was it???

Yesterday, I stubbed my little toe on something. I couldn't walk for a while, but then I spent a couple hours with it elevated and it didn't feel as bad.

Today, I could walk on it without it hurting too much. Any pressure on a certain spot hurts. I found bruises on both sides of my toe, even though it hurts in the middle. I think it did look a little swollen, but I am not sure, and it's not too swollen, if at all.

Bending it only hurts at certain times.

My question is, do you think I broke my toe? Or did I maybe bruise the bone?

Also, what can I do to help it? Will it heal on its own?

I was talking to somebody and they told me there was a disease called dehydratia (don't know how to spell it).

She said that if you have it, you are never thirsty and your skin can get really dry. Am I just really gullible, or is this real?

If it is real, please tell me what exactly it is.
