Is this a sprain, dislocation, or fracture?
My brother was playing basketball and he landed on his foot funny. It swelled up right away. Now the swelling is down, but certain positions hurt. He says it feels like something is rolling around his ankle. It has been about a week. Does anyone know what's wrong?

i don't think its fractured probably eather sprained or dislocated if it hurts to to twist his foot than it most likely is sprained , wrap it up and but ice on it for 1 hour.

he probably fractured it , he needs to go to the doctor and get it x-rayed before it gets worse .
