Acostarse is similar to "irse a la cama" (going to bed). Lavarse los dientes (Washing teeth), Prepararse las cosas para el día siguiente (Prepare everything for the following day) etc...

Yo me cepillo los dientes (I brush my teeth)
Yo me preparo la comida (I cook my meal)
Yo me levanto (I get up)
Yo me ducho (I have a shower)
