It doesn't disprove a god. It disproves the Bible in that the Earth is much older than the book implies.

I suppose it argues against the Young Earth Creationist conception of God/the universe - but that's about it.

because according to the bible, earth is younger than dinosaurs. so finding a 100+ million year old dinosaur while religion says the earth is 10,000 years old disproves the likelihood that the bible is accurate...that of course being only one point. there are countless others

Paleontology, the study of fossils, definitively shows that the story of Genesis is metaphorical at best.
