How do I get rid of the green line on my computer screen?
I have a very thin vertical green line on my computer screen. It is due to the monitor since it is not present if I plug in to my old monitor. How do I get rid of it? Thanks

i have no idea...the background on the monitor on my desktop has changed from blue to red. it's an old computer and i think the monitor is going. my laptop on the other hand has what looks like a zigzagged piece of newspaper at the bottom of the screen that occasionally takes up one fourth of the screen and it's black in color. i suspect that when these things occur that means something on the computer is failing. how old is your monitor?

did you punch it?
try checking if the cables are plugged in properly
the only way to get rid of this is to check if everything is fine on the inside of the monitor by opening it up disconnecting it and reconnecting everything
but if you don't know what you're doing it's easier just to buy a new monitor
