Suggestions for authentic Jamaican recipes?
I am moving to Jamaica next month. I am a good cook in general but don't have a lot of experience with Jamaican cuisine. I would love to have a few good recipes down pat before I go. I've already mastered my rice and peas. Any suggestions on good authentic dishes that my hubby will love? Any seasonings that I should be sure to have on hand? Any suggestions are much appreciated.
Thx
