HELP! SINK WONT TURN OFF!?

MY SINK WONT TURN OFF WHICH WAY TO TURN THE VALVE UNDER SINK SO IT TURNS OFF

    Joshua, Turn value clockwise to shut off. If that doesn`t work try turning your main water shut off value, same as you did your value under the sink. Good Luck.

    Sometimes the undersink valve gets stripped and you have to turn off the main water valve outside your house. Replace the valve under the sink.
