    1. Do you like watching 3D films at movie theaters? Why or why not? No, I get a headache.

    2. Have you experienced any kind of discomfort while watching 3D films? (such as headaches, motion sickness, eye pain) If yes, what type of discomfort? Head hurts.

    3. Do you feel that the cost of 3D film tickets is too expensive compared to that of regular films? Not in my area.

    4. It has been said that some movies should not be released in 3D. What is your opinion of this comment? Some aren't necessary for 3D.

    5. Do you think 3D films are so focused on the way the movie is released that they lose quality in the story line, or the acting? The story line suffers.

    6. 3D televisions have started to come out. Do you think you'll be switching to one in the future? Why or why not? No, I don't even like HD. If I want to see a 3D movie, I'd rather go to the cinema.

    7. Would you expose your children to a 3D television set for daily use?

No, it's just the next big thing -- it'll die down.

  • 1) No, I do not. I could have spent the extra five dollars on the bus trip and a coca-cola for the movie. Also, the 3D is distracting and does not add much to the movie

    2) No, but friends have and I have seen people leave a cinema due to feeling sick

    3) Well, a 3D film is more expensive. What I hate is cinemas no longer showing the 2D version, and charging an extra $7 when they could just charge an extra $3. And yeah, long term, it does make a difference

    4) Agree. Good for made-for-IMAX movies, but it is just distracting

    5) I really agree. Yes. They think that to make a good movie all you need is a couple of good CGI effects.

    6) Never. 2D purist who will never give into the 3D gimmick.

    7) Well, I'm only sixteen and if I had kids and they wouldn't get motion sickeness, I would only if they wanted to.

    1. No, refer to number 2.

    2. I got rather bad motion sickness, which is my reason for answer 1.

    3. Not for films that were originally filmed in 3D, but ones with it later added seems unfair.

    4. I would agree, it had become fashionable but in many films it is unnecessary to have, and in many cases the effects are either poor or minimal.

    5. I don't think in general that 3D loses quality of the film, but i think it can add an appealing edge to a film that might not have been seen as interesting otherwise.

    6. No, because of my motion sickness, which rather annoyingly i even get from watching films that used a hand held camera.

    7. I think i would if it became the norm, but i perhaps not everyday.

    It's overrated.

It ends up being more of a distraction than an enhancement.

    1. No

    2. No.

    3. Yes.

    4. I agree.

    5.Somewhat.

    6. No.

If used exact it is a great "new" ingredient ... even with the shown fact that ... my own feeling is that it will have a similar effect on movies as all the hot & better CGI tech has. It makes LAZY action picture writers ... movies will not be judged on in spite of if or not they seem to be a great tale yet by ability of all the wild and loopy methods they could make issues blow up so enormously. distinctive the CGI stuff can seems so actual that it seems fake ... it is in simple terms being way overused. the two celebrity Wars Trilogies are the perfect occasion of it. The OT movies have been a tale pushed trilogy ... The prequel movies have been a FX pushed trilogy. The wellness detrimental aspects to a pair are to not be disregarded the two ... they are actual. interior the tip i think of it is going to produce some great finding stuff yet that it is going to be overused to the element that it is going to become a source of no tale all wild FX movies. MTFBWY .

I have a problem with 3D because they havent even sorted out the long promised true HD yet for cinemas and TV.

I cant help seeing it as yet another marketing ploy for that reason.
