Difficulty comprehending reversed actions and concepts?
My entire life I've had difficulty mentally following actions that are backwards (for example, when you reverse a car, and have to turn the wheel the opposite direction you want to go), or mentally keeping up with a video that's reversed, for example.
I was just wondering if this was due to some kind of mild learning disability or problem, or is it simply something I happen to have trouble with, and isn't related to anything specific?
I was just curious to see if anyone happened to know anything. I'm sure it's possible it's just some random thing I have difficultly with.

I doubt that it's related to anything specific you need to be worried about. For some of the problems you've listed, practice can help a lot. I have problems reciting the alphabet backwards, because I was not conditioned to do so. Given enough practice I'm sure I'll be able to do it.
