Lasting in India with 2300 rupees?

Actually it depends upon the city you live in and the kind of visit you are on.

Usual commodites (general needs are quite cheap in India)

Meals can cost anything between Rs. 50~200 per person depending upon what you eat and the kind and quality of restaurant your eating from.

Considering you are not making any expensive purchases,

Rs. 200 a day can last you in India. (Just travelling, sight-seeing and eating)

The cost of living in a hotel is between Rs.100~500 a day (for low cost inns)

So, all in all 2300 Rs. can last u about 2 weeks in India. (There is no meaning if you are coming to India and not spending, enjoying, eating)

In that case the purpose of the visit becomes very important.

2300 can last you a lifetime it can also be spent in a matter of a few hours. Take the right call depending upon your duration, purpose etc.

    Wishes.
