You don't appear to be literate at all, pc or otherwise. I could tell you exactly how to fix this, but I have a feeling you'll disregard my response and end up listening to some other half-wit tell you to system restore and reformat and run useless scanners, or even if you didn't, you'd screw up following directions anyhow. Instead of fixing your computer, go back to 2nd grade and fix your English.

Some types of virus are quit advanced and will disable your resident Anti-virus software to avoid removal. Other symptoms include:

Disabled Task Manager, msconfig, regedit and System Restore and in some cases Control Panel.

Difficulty in accessing websites, to request help, research problem and download software.

Disable ‘setup.exe’ should you try to setup any new Anti-virus software.

Trying to trace the infected file location is a waste of time because this usually requires that you ‘show hidden files’ and even when you get there it wont stand out in the crowd. Even if you find it you are probably aware that you can’t delete a file that is being used or accessed by a running application. Please don’t go deleting stuff ad-lib out of desperation, unless you know exactly what these files do.

You could try the following two options before submitting to reloading your system.

    Option 1.

If you still have access to the ‘run’ box (XP) or ‘search’ box (Vista/Win7) then you can try to re-enable the ‘Task Manager’ through ‘Group Policy Editor’, type ‘gpedit.msc’ and press enter.

Once there choose ‘user configuration>Administrative Templates>System>Ctrl+Alt+Del Options, click on ‘Remove Task Manager’ and set to disabled. This should now allow you access once again to the Task Manager.

    Option 2.

Boot into Safe Mode - F8 for those who don’t know. Run Anti-virus etc.

System Restore, at least 2-3 days before the problem appeared is my recommendation.

Restart system and check if Task Manager etc. are once again available.

Update and run your anti-virus. I also install and run the latest SuperAntiSpyware.

Consider downloading some other malware/spyware software for the future, you can’t stop these nasty people doing what they do but you can be prepared.

    Hope this helps.

You may need to download MS mal-ware removal tool, and may be a new anti virus soft ware. Is that the free AVG? I don't think it's very good. I had 2 P.C's get infected with avg free.

First, try booting into Safe Mode with Networking, then UPDATING (important!) and running Malwarebytes again.

Also: while in Safe Mode, go to "Start" and search for "MSCONFIG" and open that utility. Go to the startup tab and uncheck anything that looks weird. A program you don't recognize, or something like "gasdfsdtsdspa.exe", etc.

if you have the full version of AVG it should get rid of the problem via a full scan, otherwise do a anti-root scan its seperate to a normal scan, also free anti virus programs are usaually rubbish anyways as they miss out things in updates and scans, I have the full version of AVG and it has never let me down

Of course, if all else fails, you can always back up your documents, music, pictures, and whatnot, then use the disk that came with your PC to format it & re install Windows.

Both those programs suck especially avg try spybot and ad-adware both downloadable for free. Should sort the problems out and they update themselves. Easily the best programs you can get and they are free!! YAY GOOD LUCK!!!!

Try installing another anti-virus software, such as Avast. It's always good to have at least two anti-virus software as a just in case measure if you are not sure!

  • can u go to control panel and delete that program
