How do I transfer windows 7?

I want to go to a larger hard drive on my PC. How can I transfer all data including operating system to the new drive without having to reload windows?

    You can`t, you need the Windows 7 bootable install disc.

    When you install the new drive, you need to boot from the dvd and install Windows onto the new drive.
