Is there a way to lose 10-20 pounds in 1 to 2 months?

I'm a 14 year old girl. I hate it when i wear shirts and it they feel too tight on me. I also feel self conscious when i wear a bathing suit. I am 5'5 and i weigh 150 pounds. What do i need to do in order to lose 10 to 20 pounds? What kind of exercise do i need to do? What kind of food do i need to eat? What if i don"t like the taste of some fruits and vegetables? Do i need to run? Please i need help!

    running can help... start off small run every couple days and start off running like a mile and a half (or what ever feels comfortable at first) than increase the distance a bit every time u run

    Well, I lost 10 pounds in about three weeks.

    Basically, I cut out all the sugar from my diet but left everything else. Basically, if it's unhealthy, then don't eat it. You know what's unhealthy - soda, doughnuts, cake, brownies, that sort of stuff. Everything else, keep. You'll need it for exercising.

    Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, do a hard 2-mile run. I have a beach right next to my barracks, so I use the beach, but you can get the exact same workout by running harder. If you don't have Jello legs by the time you're done, you aren't running hard enough. If you need to, get a cinderblock and run with that on your shoulder. A milk jug filled with sand works too.

    Tuesdays and Thursdays, do 10 minutes of stairs. Sprint up the stairs, then back down... and up and down and up and down as fast as you can. Multiple flights of stairs are good. My barracks has six stories, so I have ten flights of stairs to run up and down. So if there's an apartment building near you, use it. One flight of stairs will work in a pinch, though.

    The idea is a really short, really intense workout. That way you just exercise and go on with the rest of the day. You don't have to spend 2 hours a day at the gym to get in shape.

    Saturday and Sunday are my upper-body workout days, but you can just use those to rest.
