Guys Weekend in Montreal?
Hi,
I'm from the States, but my friends and I want to spend a weekend in Montreal this summer. I will be turning 21, and three of my best friends are coming along.
In which neighborhoods should I look for hotels? I want to be a relatively inexpensive hotel that isn't too far from the bars, etc. The last time I was in Montreal, I was a child, so I do not remember much.
Also, are there any festivals or events during the weekend of August 12-14?

I find downtown Montreal has lots of bars and stuff. Not sure about prices, though.
Google maps is amazing, actually. It shows bars, pubs, clubs, etc. It shows hotels, and can redirect you to their site, where you may look at prices. So I'd recommend using Google Maps for 15 minutes, and you'll learn a lot.
