There not. A light went off in Obamas head and now Bushes policy was not so bad after all. They are actually going to do what Bush wanted to do. Try them at Gitmo under the Military tribunals.

Never,in fact they are getting ready to restart the process of giving the detainees military trials as was the original plan.

Part of the problem is finding countries that want some of them.

Even their native countries do NOT want them back in several cases.
