HELP! Microsoft Office 2010 Trial Problem...?

Okay, I've already downloaded the trial for the 2010 Microsoft Office program, and I'm stuck on the "Type your 25-character product key" step.

Everytime I put it in (and it IS a valid product key provided to me by the microsoft office website), it does verify that its valid, but then when I press the "continnue" button, it pauses for a couple seconds, then ALL OF A SUDDEN in red letters it say "This is not a valid product key."

This is really annoying and frustrating, and I have something important to do so I need help ASAP :(

This happened to me when I got Office on my laptop. I called Microsoft about it, they told me what to do, and it worked. Call them or go to their website at http:/support.microsoft.com. If that doesn't work, then sorry to say it but you may have to buy Microsoft Office again. Or you could try un-installing it then re-installing it.

If it's a valid Office 2010 key, call Microsoft for help.
