It means to change the inner dialog in your head to speak good things of you instead of the negative. Another words, to quit beating yourself up. Every day of every minute you talk to yourself. If that inner voice verbally abuses you, then stop that line of thinking and change it to speak well of you.

Some people tell themselves they are worthless and what not. She is saying don't put yourself down bring yourself up. Or thats what I think
