What would happen if I were disabled due to a bad chiropractor (spinal facet)...?
but not eligible for social security because im only 23. If I can't win a lawsuit, how am I supposed to continue existing without money?
im on unemployment now (started before this spine thing became this bad) and not supposed to get it if i can't work but what else can I do for money besides sell drugs or something.

You are young and may be able to come back from this kind of injury. And there are jobs you can do sitting down. Call centers are ones that dont require education. If you are legally disabled there should be some aid you can receive regardless of age. I started receiving SSD at 25 but it is for an obvious genetic muscular dystrophy. Back pain is one that is hard to document or "prove", BUT my dad supported a family of 9 with a herniated disk, He put himself through school and got a desk job at Intel.
I would be sure of a diagnosis and go from there.

Supplemental Security Income (SSI) is for people who have not earned enough work credits to apply for Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
The current monthly SSI federal amount is $674 and you are only allowed to have $2,000 in resources.
