how do i get out of mip and retail fraud?
im 16 in Michigan, this is my first offense, i got caught stealing alcohol from a store where 7 bottles of the same stuff were reported stolen that month. I have a hearing or court date (cant remember which) on the 21st and im probably gonna test positive for THC. the court sent a letter saying i can go through a program that can clear my record and i dont remember what its called or how it works
i just want to know what to expect in court and how to clean out my system in a week. THIS WEBSITE IS WORTHLESS

you don't get out of them if your guilty
you will end up paying a fine and having probation and treatment

You need to stop using drugs and drinking long enough to pay attention to the program you need to attend. Your brain is clearly fried.
