What would a "balanced mean" include ?

I've been trying to lose some weight and I keep hearing "balanced mean" but I really have no idea what a balanced meal is or what includes.

I wanted to know if someone could give me a template or example of a balanced mean and some of the foods that it would include.

    If you are trying to lose weight one of the main important things you have to do part

    of this process is watch what you eat the foods you eat. You need to avoid eating

    fried foods fats with high cholesterol and eat more healthy foods part of your meals.

    Breakfast: Oatmeal and Egg Whites and drink Orange Juice.

    Lunch: Chef Salad with all greens Lettuce, Tomato, Carrots, Black or Green Olives,

    Mushrooms, little fat free cheese, Ham or other Deli lunch meat and very light light

    salad dressing just two table spoons for salad dressing for the Chef Salad

    Snack: Apple, Wal-Nuts, Pistachios or Carrot Sticks

    Dinner: Grilled Chicken Breast or Tilapia Fish Baked, Half of Cup of White Rice, two

    portions of Vegetables Broccoli, Spinach, Green Beans, Okra, Corn or Lima Beans.

    Drink: Drink plenty of water avoid drinking Soda's they contain sugar too much sugar

    is what makes fat cells in the stomach and even Diet Soda they say is worse so you

    should just drink water bottled water or tap water is fine.

    Vitamin: Multi-Vitamin can help you get through the day.

    Gym Membership: You should enroll at the gym you check with the local gyms near

    your area to see which gym membership you can afford to sign up for try to workout

    in the gym at least 3-5 times a week lift weights and do some cardio on the treadmill.

    Walking: If you can not afford a gym membership then just walk around the track and

    field or at your nearest park or a park field if you walk and follow the diet provided here

    and stay dedicated to losing weight Science has proven that if you burn and workout

    half of your daily intake of calories in a day you will lose weight that's been proven.

    A balanced meal means a variety of different types of foods. You want some protein, some carbohydrates, some fruit, some vegetable, some dairy, and you can throw in a little fried food or sugary stuff too if you don't overdo it.

    A good rule of thumb is that you want both a variety of food groups (meat, dairy, rice/potato/bread, fruit, vegetable) and you want a mixture of colors. Color isn't really that big of a deal, but generally different colors in things means there are different vitamins and minerals in them, and your body needs a combination of vitamins and minerals. It also just makes it look nice. If you have plain rice, chicken breast, and mozzarella cheese, it just looks boring, and it's not very well balanced. Include some brightly colored fruits and vegetables.

    Balanced meal is what you eat when you have the proper proportions of food groups all together. Like veggies, fruits, carbs, and meats (proteins) look up the new usda food pyramid
