What are good leg excersises for increasing your Vertical?
Hi my goal is to be able to dunk by the begining of next year for basetball, I lift 3 times a week and wear ankle weights around the house, what are good Leg excersises to increase your Vertical? Thank you

Calf raises and Quad lifts on a machine. Do high reps with lighter weight to build fast twitch muscle and gradually increase resistance as you get stronger.
