How do you stop Yahoo from posting the questions you've answered as your status?

Whenever I answer a question it changes my status to the link of the question I answered. Is there a way to stop it from doing that automatically?

    TO STOP YOUR OWN UPDATES APPEARING:

    Click on "Messenger" in the top left hand corner of the Messenger Pane.

    Click on "Manage Updates I Broadcast".

    This will take you to your Profile page. (Now called Pulse).

    UNTICK the box "Share my Updates".

    Click on "Save" at the bottom of the page.

    You can also choose which Updates you want to share from your Pulse page. To do this, click on the "Settings" tab. Then click on "Manage Updates" under "Updates". If you want to share some of them, TICK the box "Share my Updates". Choose the ones you want to share and then click on "Save" at the bottom of the page.

    TO MANAGE THE UPDATES FROM YOUR CONTACTS:

    Click on "Messenger" in the top left hand corner of the Messenger Pane.

    Click on "Preferences".

    Click on "Yahoo Updates".

    Click on the box "Customise Yahoo! Updates".

    Untick the boxes next to your Contacts' names for the updates you do not wish to see.

    Click on "OK" at the bottom.

    Please note that these Updates can take up to 5 days to clear.

    click your avatar to bypass on your profile web site. Scroll down and you will see tabs on the backside of the web site: My answer and My Questions. click My inquiries to work out what you have asked and the replies. Deleting your YA account potential which you delete all your Yahoo centers which incorporate digital mail.
