USB problem with my BlackBerry Smart Phone?
It can charge, but it won't be recognized onto the computer (laptop). I'm confused, I've looked for help. But everything I found, everyone was complaining that it wouldn't charge either, though I can charge it.
What can I do? I appreciate all help.

u have to install the drivers of the phone in ur laptop, look for them in the internet. also u can install the bb desktop cd that came w ur phone, thats gonna help u!!!
