Well, since I speak French and Spanish I think either of them would be the best. Asking for a clean translation in either of these, however is impossible, as you've in English is a contraction, and in English conntractions are optional , but not in French or Spanish. In French and Spanish, they are only used with set phrases. Therefore, the best translation would be " you have" in English and it will still seem informal.

French would be tu as un ami dans moi(very informal and casual)

Spanish tienes amigo en mi (Again very informal, )

Amico is masculine; amica is feminine.
