dose anyone know how to mount a toolbox?
i just bought a used toolbox for my truck. The guy i bought it from is telling me to drill into my bed rails and put in bolts. is this correct? also, if i do that how am i supposed to get a nut on the end of the bolt? Im not crazy about drilling holes in my truck. I thought about drilling a hole on each side of the toolbox and running bolts through the bed where the stake cutout is

They usually have a J hook on each side that goes under the rail so you dont drill any holes.

Yes 2 Holes in each side about 10" to 12" apart and mount it with Bolts into "Speed Nuts"

Mounting a toolbox is simple, you've already done the hard part by getting it into your bed. Now just get directly behind it and drill away! Congratulations for getting your nut on.
Ps. Cuddling afterwards is suggested but not mandatory.
