Both people are considered rude but I gotta go with the Parisians. They hate Americans over there. They are jealous of us. I have been there and I have met many Americans saying that Parisians are worst than New Yorkers.

I've never been to France, but strictly based on what I've heard, it seems like Parisians have more of a reputation for being rude.

Can't say I've met either...New Yorkers do have quite the rep & from what I see on TV seem proud of it, while the rep of the French seems to be more elitist than rude...
