Instead of thinking about how much you hate your job, concentrate on why. Are you no good at it? Do you feel nervous about your duties, worry about being sacked, or dislike the people you work with? Does it take place during a time of day you particularly want to keep free? And is this feeling an ongoing thing or were you just having a bad day?
I recommend you do your best to do your job as efficiently and pleasantly as you possibly can, and take time to think about the good side of the people you work with - then things might get better.
