What is a good vitamin brand?

I just want to take vitamins that really have what the bottle claims it has. Thank you for your help.

This is a problem because most vitamins you find in stores are considered food grade, which allows them to get by with putting in less vitamin then they say there is. I'd recommend getting something that is pharmaceutical grade as they are held to stricter standards, and tend to have everything in them they claim to have. Also, while liquid vitamins work, for some individuals, all the nutrients are not completely taken in. I've included a few links for further information.

I had gastric stapling many years ago and it caused me many nutritional problems. After much trial and Error I found A liquid Vitamin and mineral supplement that is absorbed 100 % by your body.

Not only do you get your vitamins, you get all your minerals at a cost of about $20 per month and you don't need to take any other vitamins, it has everything you need.

The brand is Tropical Oasis. I take Tropical Plus which has vitamins, minerals and amino acids.

I buy it from Vitacost because it is cheaper there with a shipping rater of $4.95 no matter how many bottles you order. (I order 3 at a time one for me, one for husband and one for neighbor).

Try it for one month, anyone I have recommended it to has been very pleased with the immediate results they can feel.

If you live in a big town you can get it at Whole Foods. They do not carry it at GNC.

    Hope this helps.
