This may be personal however, I need help in telling about my husbands new and unidentified sweat smell?
I noticed the other night a weird smell while laying next to him. It actually woke me up! I feel that its because of only drinking Mountain dew but I can't suggest any other drink for him because he says that it won't quench his thirst.

Any change in odor, especially one that is noticeably different, is cause for investigation by a doctor. No, Mt Dew won't make him smell. Some people will also produce different smells if they take certain medications. If he recently started some medication, it may be the cause. But if not, he needs to see a doctor and see what is going on. The human body puts out all kinds of signs that there is something wrong, and strange odors is one of those signs.

Mountain dew has more sugar than any other soft drink and it isn't very good for anyones health. It will come out in a persons sweat too.

Does it smell kinda fruity?
Fruity sweat is one of the first signs of Type 1 diabetes.
You better get him a blood test and cut the mountain dew which is loaded with sugar.

its a health problem not a funny joke.you should infact talk to him about it!and if u do talk to him about it their is really still nothing u can do about it.
