Would armed protesters be considered "civilians" in this country?

If 1/5 of America protested against Obama all the news would do is show white people so they could claim everyone was racist to cover for the brother in charge.

Ive grown accustomed to being called a racist because im white and don't agree with every last thing Obama does or says. Kind of wear it like a badge of honor and joke with all my non-white friends that im a racist because I don't agree with Obama, they get a kick out of it cause they know its BS.

If entire sections of the american military defected and formed an armed rebellion, yes.

If the US ambassador to the UN defected and said Obama was committing genocide, yes.
