I have a sty on my upper eyelid just below my eyelashes and...?
I've had it for over a month. It doesn't look like it's changed at all, nor does it seem to be going away. Should I just continue to wait? I've put warm, moist compresses on it.

Pay attention to the links at the bottom of the page. My stepfather used to get styes fairly often, probably due to the fact that he was a railroader, which was a fairly dirty job. They stopped after he retired.
It may be that your compresses are defeating your purpose. You would probably be best off if you see a doctor or nurse about it if it has persisted for more than a week or so.

You should consider visiting a doctor to positively determine what you are dealing with and get the appropriate treatment. A stye doesn't last a month as a rule.
