Is there a valid reason why Christians make up such a high percentage of blood and organ donors?

Perhaps because there's a high percentage of Christians in the population...

Most Christians have 2 hearts, 4 livers, 5 kidneys and 4 gallons of blood.

There's a lot to go around.

I'm an atheist and a registered organ donor. I have tried to give blood but they refuse me every time because I spent 16.5 years overseas serving in the military (apparently the time spent in other countries is enough to disqualify me from donating blood).

They don't ask you your religion in the UK. I have had an organ donor card for twenty years and my father has given so much blood that he is the highest level of donor you can get and we are both atheists. Both us will ask for our bodies to be donated to medical research.

Why does a Christian nation with 80% believing in God treat women, children, the poor so badly?

We are a very unChrist-like country.

Most people in the west class themselves as Christians, whether they actually practise their faith is another question. If it is a statistic that most donors are Christian, then THAT is the reason.

In a country where Christians are the majority of the population, they will likely be the majority of most demographs of people.

I'm an organ donor.

I am not permitting to donate blood, because of the overseas thing.

As long as my blood is not donated from me or put in me then I am fine with it.

Because we love everyone. While other often just love themselves.
