Shouldn't workers go after bosses who have mistreated them during this economy?

Many bosses have taken advantage of the economic downturn to mistreat their employees, knowing they probably won't quit or take legal action. When the economy improves, shouldn't workers retaliate legally?

There are the cases in court. But the workers will always lose. Even the union cannot help much. We're living in a free capitalist society. What are you expecting more?

    And what's the goal?

Taking advantage of something when possible is human.

If someone can retaliate legally, you should, 'cause that would mean your boss didn't act within the law.

    Sorry for my crappy English.
