I think graffiti is still struggling to be seen as a form of art, so you may have trouble convincing people how to classify it...
Many forms of postmodern art are deliberate retaliations of modernist art movements ,whereas graffiti developed more as a social consequence. Initially it wasn't trying to be seen as an art form, but more an avenue of expression for oppressed social groups who otherwise struggled to have a voice within the wider society.
I guess now it is developing into more of an art form with more graffiti and street artists becoming widely known for their work, legal graffiti walls popping up in cities and graffiti inspired designs being used commercially... but in this sense I still don't think it could really be classified as a form of postmodern art.

Postmodernism is basically an offspring of Modernism, the word is particularly contradicting; in actuality, there are quite a few definitions, yet maximum mavens might agree it particularly is in basic terms a made up term with no longer a common definition.
