Why do people think that they can say rude things to me and apologize and think it's all better?
it's just the recently i have had few friends and family say some harsh things to me. things i would never say to them. Cuz these people are supposed to love me. how can you love and be soo nasty and call it tough love!

What exactly did they say to you that hurt you so badly? I think you should better define what they said in order for your intended advice-givers to be able to determine how to solve your problem...
Until then keep in mind a few words of wisdom.
Negativity never solves anything, run from it as you would run from a plague.
Their egos cloud their vision and distract them from the true people they are.
Forgive them, for they do not know what they do.
A grudge is like a dark cloud that will hang over your head, but who does it cause the most pain for?
