How do i reset my new verizon iphone and restore my contact list?
Somewhere in the process of setting up my iphone with itunes i clicked "sync with ipod touch" (my old ipod) instead "register new iphone." The point is now all my contacts are gone, along with pictures and settings stored on my iPHONE, not my iPOD. Is there a way to reset it and start the registration part over, or to somehow find my contact list floating out-there in cyberspace?

i dont know about starting over, but i know if you had the contacts synced on your ipod with outlook, yahoo, etc. then when your iphone is plugged in, click on your iphone on the left, then on the top of the itunes screen click on 'contacts' & sync the contacts with your phone. i kno that my contacts were saved in outlook. maybe you should check. hope this helps some [=

Hahaha I doubt they're floating out there, I'm sure they're saved somewhere on your computer or something. You'll have to ask Apple what to do, where they keep files, and what not. They'd definitely be able to help you retrieve your contacts!
