Somewhere in the process of setting up my iphone with itunes i clicked "sync with ipod touch" (my old ipod) instead "register new iphone." The point is now all my contacts are gone, along with pictures and settings stored on my iPHONE, not my iPOD. Is there a way to reset it and start the registration part over, or to somehow find my contact list floating out-there in cyberspace?

I confess that i am a smoker, both of legal and sometimes illegal substances. I just discovered a few small brown lumps inside my mouth, near the center of both cheeks, what are these? pictures and symptoms I've found online don't say anything about small brown bumps, but they also say oral cancer can be very deadly if not looked at quickly. I'm asking any oral health professional: should i be worried?

i'm twenty-one and for most of my life i've been slightly over-weight. last summer i dropped almost twenty pounds running and with pilates (my mom is one of the top rated pilates instructors in the world.) i've maintained my wieght with a good diet for months now, but i have not been exercising and i have not lost much extra weight. i'd like to lose at least another five pounds of fat and start building some muscle, so i plan to start going to the gym. unfortunately, i've never lifted weights before and i don't want hurt myself. are there programs at most gyms that help you familiarize yourself with the equipment so you can get the best results from workouts?

OK, i know it's stupid, but I'm addicted to cafe world, one of the mini-games Facebook offers.

But I'm having a problem with it lately, the artificial intelligence in the waiters doesn't seem to be working right, no matter how many different waiters i try, they always ignore customers and my buzz rating never goes above 6.0, so i have very few customers in my cafe.

is there anything i can do to make my waiters wait tables like they're supposed to? please help if you've had this problem, or if you have insight into how the program that runs the waiters work. is there a trick that I'm missing?

I love pesto all kinds of pesto. as long as it's some kind of vegetable blended with garlic cheese and olive oil, i will gobble it up voraciously. My problem is that I'm on a diet, and losing serious weight means as few carbs as possible. so if I can't do pasta or bread, what other kinds of things can i use for spreading, dipping, and mixing with pesto?

I'm also a vegetarian, so no meats please. fish is fine though!

i heard on NPR (national public radio) that physicists have recently confirmed the existence of "dark energy" in the universe. I know a little about dark matter, but I've never heard of dark energy before, I assume that since matter and energy are different they are not the same thing. do they correlate at all? i had a long, almost angry discussion/argument with my dad over this controversial subject. he believes that commiting suicide is the most selfish thing that a person can do, but i think that selfishness isn't even a part of the equation. what a horrible way to remember someone who killed themselves: "oh, that was a selfish thing to do." if anything they were trying to help the people around them because they didn't feel they were worth other peoples time. Also, it must be a horrible thing for a person who is considering suicide to hear that other people think they are selfish, it will only make them feel worse about themselves. please help me understand what my dad was thinking, or: do you find that argument as aggrivating as i do?
