Favorite rookie last season?
My favorite is Jacoby Ford. He's quick and has great hands. I wish Raiders had a quarterback that could utilize him well.

My favorites were of course James Starks and Sam Shields since I'm a huge Packers fan.
However outside of my favorite team.
3 way tie.
Tim Tebow (loved watching him in college)
Sam Bradford (I really see a bright future for this guy)
Ndamukong Suh (I love me some strong defensive actions)

I was going to put Jacoby Ford, even before you put that. I am a raiders fan, and I know more than anyone that they don't have an elite quarterback. The raiders have an average QB. With that J. Ford still managed to do better than all their receivers. And on top of that Jacoby Ford was a late draft pick. So overall he achieved much more than the First Round rookies. (FYI) Top picks are basically required, expected to play on an all-pro level, and when you have 4th round pick making highlights scoring touchdowns on offense and special teams. I would say Jacoby Ford

I loved Maurkice Pouncey. Center is probably the focal point of an offensive line (if not, the second most important) and he was All-Pro in his first year!
Second I would put Emmanuel Sanders. He made some huge catches for the Steelers this year.

I'm going to have to agree with Jacoby Ford. He was their offense in most games. He has that breakaway speed and he just needs a QB that can deliver the ball consistently to him and allow him to us his speed and playmaking ability.

Devin McCourty, because he was considered a reach in the 1st round and shut most "experts" up by becoming All Pro.
EDIT:
What about Tyson Alualu? He was like a Mario Williams by looking like a reach in the top 10 and becoming everything the Jags wanted and more.

My favorite was Blair White from the Colts. (Im a Colts fan)
He made a couple of mistakes but he definitely stepped in for Austin Collie.
