Eating a lot after working out?
I had 870 calories for the day before i worked out today. After my workout, i basically doubled my calories to 1720. But that was spread out for the rest of the day. I ate healthy, will i gain weight?

it doesnt matter how much u eat (well.. it does.. but u know:P)
as long as its healthy

Now that you've given your weight and age I would say that 1720 is a good amount. Don't worry, it wasn't too much.

No you will not; just don't continue doing this if you are willing to control your weight. And that's excellent; keep up to your healthy eating. your metabolism rate should control that. the catabolism will help break down these organic matter within your body.
