PNR is a Passenger Name Record
This is what is made when a person makes a booking.

PNR is just airline industry jargon for your booking. When you talk to them, they will ask for the "locator" or reference number on the PNR (Passenger Name Record) the locator is usually 6 letters and numbers and shows the status of your reservation. On many airline systems, you can put in in their website and view the whole booking yourself.
